"This is a scam service. Don’t use it. I paid $50 and got two referrals. I emailed both lawyers. After hearing nothing from either after a few days, I called them today. The first said he can’t help me. The second didn’t consult with me for three minutes before asking for a minimum of $1500 to answer a couple of fairly simple legal questions. When I shared this with the Palm Beach County Bar service, I was told that when I called them, that WAS my “30-minute consultation” (remember: one said they couldn’t help me, the other didn’t say anything other than they wanted $1500 to help me. ChatGPT said that my questions ought to cost about $400 to get answered). In short, the Palm Beach County Bar Service offers no value for their $50 referral fee. Just do some Google searches and/or ChatGPT your way to searching lawyers that might help you in Palm Beach County. Waste of money, waste of time."

"HORRIBLE SCAM SERVICE. I thought the Palm Beach County Bar Association would be a trustworthy lawyer referral scheme because it is listed on the Palm Beach County Courts website. However, when I tried calling, I was put on hold for 10 minutes until the automated system hung up on me. I should have realized then it was no good, but I had good faith. So I signed up for their referral service for $50 for an initial consultation. The website instantly provided me with the details of a lawyer who I couldn't get a hold of and later told me they were not accepting new clients and to refer me back to the PBC Bar Association. And guess what? They don't answer their phone. Don't make my mistake! Update: I reached out via email and they provided a second referral, however in that period of time I have already spoken to a lawyer that I found on google and didn’t have to pay a non-refundable fee of $50. They also make it YOUR responsibility to reach out to the lawyer. They’ll instantly take your money online, won’t refund it, & don’t provide good service."

"I don’t know what the deal is with this place. Not for profit?? Then where do all those $50 referral fees go to when you pay them and nobody calls you back? Like I had 8days to wait and never got a call back for any lawyer so I wouldn’t waste your time with this referral service. Definitely do not pay youre better off just looking online and making the phone calls yourself cause these lawyers don’t wanna call you"
